Hello and welcome to my wedding photography site. Since 1999 I have been the sole photographer in my business of one. I shoot in areas of the northwest and have almost exclusively worked with "Weddings by the Sound" since 2000. My training in shooting began when I was in media and film school which resulted in my BA in 1999. I started shooting with a funky manual Canon and have slowly moved from analog to digital. While I see the wisdom in using digital, I still feel film is appropriate with certain events.
Although I have stopped shooting with film because of the costs of developing, if a client prefers to have a combination of film and digital I can oblige with the proper film and processing charges added. I have the most up-to-date cameras and editing equipment to capture your special day. My experience is reflected in my small business that has steadily grown over the past 8 years. My specialty is smaller venue weddings and I work with 50 to 100 guests at the most. I focus on both traditional and photojournalistic styles of photography, meaning that you will have posed and candid shots in your wedding album to bring it to life. I bring my experience and creative eye to the photos of your wedding, Hence my business name, "Eye of A. Storm".
